These books are the best personal growth books that I’ve read so far. I learned so much valuable information from them and almost all of them have been read or listened to multiple times and will be reread in the future, because each time I reread them I get something new out of it.
From building habits, improving your mindset, and gaining self confidence, these books will help you understand human behavior and yourself better so that you can get the most out of your life!

Girl, Stop Apologizing
“In Girl, Stop Apologizing, #1 New York Times bestselling author and founder of a multimillion-dollar media company, Rachel Hollis sounds a wake-up call. She knows that many women have been taught to define themselves in light of other people—whether as wife, mother, daughter, or employee—instead of learning how to own who they are and what they want. With a challenge to women everywhere to stop talking themselves out of their dreams, Hollis identifies the excuses to let go of, the behaviors to adopt, and the skills to acquire on the path to growth, confidence, and believing in yourself. “
Wherever You Go, There You Are
“Stop Trying to get somewhere. Be where you are already. Think the grass is always greener somewhere else or life is better in someone else’s shoes? If so, life will constantly disappoint you. True contentment comes from within- and you can uncover the spiritual treasure buried within you through meditation. You’ll discover how to let stress wash over you rather than try to shut it out. You’ll find strength where you least expect it and even take charge of your health by adjusting your perspective.”

You can do it without losing friends and alienating people.”
