Make a list of 5-10 things that make you happy when you see or do them and then find ways to have more of that in your day to day life.

- Your favorite color
- Your favorite lipstick
- A crystal or stone
- The scent of your favorite candle
- Fresh flowers
- A piece of jewelry
- Time with your pet
- Talking to your best friend
- A playlist of your favorite songs
Whether it’s walks in the park, a warm cup of tea in the evening, beautiful objects in your home, or the company of loved ones, surrounding yourself with your happiness triggers is the first step toward creating a more magical life.
2. Choose a Magic Talisman
Select a talisman that holds special meaning for you and carry it whenever you need some more magic in your life. It could be a piece of jewelry, a stone, or an object that resonates with positive energy. Carry it with you as a reminder of the enchantment that exists in your life.
3. Create a New Identity
Imagine the most sparkly, confident version of yourself. Identify the qualities that person embodies and how they live their life, and start to think of yourself as being that person right now. As you practice thinking of yourself in this new way, you will gradually evolve into the magical being you aspire to be.

Of course sometimes we do need to vent when frustrating things happen, but if you find yourself complaining about the same things over and over again then you need to either take action to fix the problem, or change your perspective on it.
Just like when you focus on gratitude you attract more things to be grateful for, when you focus on all the things that are wrong you attract more of those things.

Step away from negative conversations and gossip. Surround yourself with positive energy and focus on building uplifting connections with those around you.

Fill it with items that bring you genuine comfort and joy (happiness triggers!), creating a magical space where you can retreat and recharge. This doesn’t mean you have to go buy more things right now, but you can gradually make changes until your home makes you feel truly happy.
16. Create Magical Morning & Night Routines
Bookend your days with dreamy routines. Establish morning and night rituals that set a positive tone and help you transition between wakefulness and rest.
Everyone’s routine will be different and may vary from day to day, so I like to have a menu of activities that I can pick and choose from depending on my mood and time limit. Here are some good feeling activities you might add to your magical routines:
- Meditation or visualization
- 10 minutes of repeating affirmations or your mantra
- Yoga or stretching
- Reading a good book
- A long soak in the bath
- Gratitude journaling
- Taking a walk

Rituals can be elaborate or very simple, it’s really just about doing what feels good.

Pause to appreciate the small pleasures in life. Whether it’s a beautiful sunset or the taste of your favorite treat, finding joy in the little things contributes to the overall magic of your day. What are 5-10 conveniences that you benefit from everyday that you don’t usually think about?

Practice self-love by appreciating and expressing gratitude for your body. Treat it with kindness, and recognize the magic it enables you to experience every day.
Do you every feel thankful that your eyes see, that your ears hear, that your heart beats for you? Our bodies do so many miraculous things for us every moment of our lives, and we rarely take time to be thankful. When you really stop to think about how incredible your body is, you’ll see how magical you are.

Nourish your body with wholesome foods, exercise, and adequate rest. Treating your body like a temple enhances your well-being and contributes to the magic of your existence.
This also means listening to your body when it tells you that you need less or more of something.

Take time in the morning to visualize and script your perfect day. Envision every detail, from the moment you wake up to the time you go to bed. Get swept up in the feeling of living your best life. This exercise helps manifest the magic you want to experience in your daily life.
24. Add Candlelight to Your Evenings
Transform your evenings with the soft glow of candlelight, even better if it has a scent you love. Create a cozy and magical atmosphere that encourages relaxation and reflection.
If you don’t want to use real candles, there are some great battery powered options. I’ve been using these flameless candles for several months and haven’t had to change the batteries yet, and the lights change colors!

If you enjoy dressing up don’t wait for special occasions, dress up for yourself! If you want to sashay down the grocery aisles in a pink sequined dress, do it!
You don’t even have to leave your house if you don’t want to, you can still put on a cute outfit and do your hair and make up if that’s something you enjoy.

If you aren’t good with plants or you don’t want to buy flowers often, then fake plants work just as well.

One trick I love is using prism window films, you just spray water on the window and it sticks on and bathes the room in rainbows when the sun hits it.
