Imagine the positive outcomes and benefits of completing a task. What is on the other side your your procrastination? What’s the reward of achieving this? How does it move you closer to your goals, or even just give you peace of mind?

Identify and minimize potential distractions, whether they are physical or mental.
Create a dedicated and focused work environment. Whether you are working or studying, clean and organize your work space. Remove any noise or physical clutter that may distract you.
