I think as a recovering perfectionist the quotes about it being ok to fail really resonate with me at this time. It can be scary to try new things and I always want to do a perfect job the first time, but that’s just not the way things go. I’ve made a million mistakes just creating this website and I’ve learned that you can’t waste time beating yourself up for the things that went wrong, you have to take a lesson from the experience and then move on, otherwise you’re just wasting time and energy that could be used on something better.
