Why I created Goddess Glow Up
I created this program because I know what it feels like to be stuck. To feel like no matter what you try, nothing really clicks.
Like things are out of your control—and you’re just waiting for something external to finally shift.
I was tired of feeling like my life would never get better. Tired of trying things that didn’t work. Tired of overanalyzing myself, digging for limiting beliefs, and focusing so much on what I didn’t want.
And honestly… spending thousands on manifestation courses that only made things worse.
I was saying no to my dreams before life even had the chance to.
What I realized is that I didn’t need to keep fixing or “healing” myself. I needed a new but simple foundation. One that actually supported the life I wanted to live. One that felt empowering, not exhausting. Expansive and light, not heavy. Fun, not a series of obstacles.

So I made the choice to step into that energy. I stopped doubting myself, I stopped making excuses, I spoke up for myself like I hadn’t before (former shy kid and people pleaser here), I set bigger goals and was able to actually make progress on them.
